Returns & Refunds

1. The promise

We build the Trocador Electric Fluid & Oil Extractor to earn its place in your workshop. If it doesn't win you over, send it back within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the full product price.

2. What qualifies

• — The return reaches us within 30 days of the delivery date.
• — The unit is resalable and complete — 6L drum, three extraction pipes, extension pipe and 12V wiring.
• — You can show proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
• — Damage from misuse or ordinary wear may reduce the refund.

3. Starting a return

1. 1 Email support@trocador.st with your order number and the reason.
2. 2 We reply within 1–2 working days with a return authorisation and where to send it.
3. 3 Pack it securely and ship it to the address we provide.

4. Getting your money back

Once your return arrives and passes a quick inspection, we let you know it's approved and refund your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Arrived damaged or faulty?

If the unit turns up damaged or defective, send us photos within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — you won't be out of pocket.
