We do our best to keep descriptions, specifications and pricing accurate, but slips happen. We may correct mistakes and update any information — prices included — at any time without notice. All prices are shown in US Dollars.

3. Orders & payment

Every order depends on acceptance and stock availability. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion — for example where we suspect fraud or spot a pricing error. Full payment must clear before we ship.

4. Delivery, returns & refunds

Timeframes and eligibility are covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

5. Safe use of the product

The Trocador Electric Fluid & Oil Extractor is made for the automotive and marine fluids described on this site. You're responsible for operating it safely, following the supplied instructions, and disposing of extracted fluids in line with your local rules.

6. Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, Trocador Tools isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of our products or site. Our total liability will never exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

7. Intellectual property

Everything on this site — the Trocador name, logo, wording, graphics and images — belongs to Trocador Tools and is protected by intellectual property law. Don't reproduce or reuse it without our written consent.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Updates to these Terms

We may revise these Terms now and then. Changes appear on this page with a fresh "Last updated" date, and continuing to use the site means you accept the revised version.
