We want your Trocador on your bench as fast as it can safely get there. Here is exactly how we handle dispatch, carriers and delivery windows.
1. How fast we dispatch
Every in-stock order leaves our warehouse within 24 hours, weekends and public holidays aside. Anything placed after 2:00 PM NZST starts processing on the next working day. The moment your parcel is handed to the courier, a confirmation email with tracking lands in your inbox.

3. Shipping is on us
Standard delivery is free on every order, anywhere in the world — no minimum spend, no fine print.
4. Following your parcel
Your tracking number arrives by email as soon as the order ships. You can also check progress at any time with the "Track Order" tool on our homepage.
5. If something goes sideways
We hit our estimates the vast majority of the time, but couriers, weather and peak-season volume can occasionally cause hold-ups. If a parcel looks lost or hasn't shown up inside its window, message us and we'll chase it down or send a replacement.
